Online Homeowner Account
Management and Associates has provided us with an Online Web Portal to access all of our individual account information and the ability to make necessary changes to our account. Each owner has their own personal profile that you can make changes, update mailing addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, etc… This new web portal access allows us to submit maintenance service requests as well as view the issues related to our account and in the common areas.
To access the Management and Associates Web Portal, a User ID and Password are required.
**Please visit www.mgmt-assoc.com and click on "Login to the Portal". Then click on "Register". You will need your Management and Associates account number.
